Refund policy

Return Policy – Brandywine Simmerpot Company

We want you to love your order, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in its original condition

• In its original packaging

To start a return, please contact us at brian@brandywinesimmerpot.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on where to send your package.

Please note:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.

• Used or opened products cannot be accepted for return.
